Director of Sales and Marketing
Art Malcomson joined Zip-Pak in 2009 and is a 25-year veteran of the flexible packaging industry. Previously, he spent 15 years with Alcan Packaging’s flexible packaging business in several commercial roles, most recently as head of sales for the Medical Flexibles group.
Director of Global Business Development and Asia
Bob Hogan will soon celebrate 20 years with Zip-Pak and 30 with ITW. During his tenure, 25 of those years have been spent in packaging. Bob has extensive domestic and international experience with CPG’s, converters and OEM’s, as well as significant commercial involvement with Zip-Pak’s Intellectual Property portfolio. His efforts are also directed towards creating new business opportunities worldwide.
Director, Operations & Engineering, North and South America
David Pritchard joined Zip-Pak in 1985 a 26-year veteran of the flexible packaging industry. The majority of his time has been focused on the industry’s Capital Equipment sector. In addition, David’s areas of expertise and experience include engineering, operations, sales, and field service enable him to produce outstanding resolutions to customer challenges.
Director of Operation, Europe
Dave Harris joined Zip-Pak in 2007 as Operations Manager for the Whitby, England facility. Since that time he has assumed increased management and leadership responsibilities. With a background in engineering, Dave brings with him more than 12 years experience in all aspects of operations management, lean manufacturing, quality assurance and sales, with a particular focus on customer satisfaction.
Director of Worldwide Engineering and Development
Murray Leighton joined Zip-Pak in 1995. Having previously served in the engineering department of a major OEM, he brings considerable expertise in the area of zipper integration into customer equipment. Murray’s extensive knowledge in all aspects of the packaging market enables him to effectively manage full project control and efficiency.
Director of Business Development and Latin America
Frank Kelly joined Zip-Pak in 2004 and has been with ITW since 1993. His experience includes various leadership positions with a focus in the areas of sales, marketing and business development. Frank’s expertise includes a deep understanding of large, global brand owners in the food, beverage and medical/pharmaceutical industries.
